Of Course Adele Is Shutting Out Streaming

via XL Records

Were you under the assumption that since Adele is your best friend in your head that she would release "25" via Spotify? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA *Adele laugh* That idea was cute. And also not happening.

According to an unnamed source (via Billboard) Adele will withhold '25' from streaming platforms on Friday so she can lock in all the album sales. And since Columbia projects the album to sell 2.5 million in its first week, that's so many new toys for Angelo (Adele's little boy)!

It's also a blow for Spotify. In a statement today, Jonathan Price would not confirm reports saying, "We love and respect Adele, as do her 24 million fans on Spotify. We hope that she will give those fans the opportunity to enjoy 25 on Spotify alongside 19 and 21 very soon.” Sounds like we're giving money to Adele tomorrow. I'm not mad.

A spokesperson for Adele declined to comment. (via: Billboard)

Facebook's New Feature Will Help You Ghost

via Facebook

The platform blamed for millennial break ups is releasing a feature that'll help you smoothly ghost out of complicated relationships.

In a blog post released today, Facebook announced that you'll be able to curate what your ex is able to see on the social platform. He/she will still show up in your feed, but you can decide how much interaction you actually want to have with them, what content they'll see, and so on. LIKE REAL LIFE!

You can try out the feature today by changing your relationship status to single. For added fun, don't forewarn your boo. JK! (via: Facebook)

Rihanna Season Is Looming...Or At Least Samsung Says It Is

via: Antidiary

The good news: Adding to the hype surrounding RiRi's hotly anticipated album, 'Anti', today Samsung rolled out a mobile splash page called "ANTIdiaRY"!

The slightly bad news: Nothing is actually happening on the site until the American Music Awards on November 22 at 8PM. For now, users are prompted to enter their Facebook or Google+ account and redirected to a page hinting that "you will know when it's time" for their first batch of ANTIdiaRY scoop. Whatever that is. Seriously: BBHMA (album).

Chris Martin Says Blue Ivy Will Sing On Coldplay Album

I'm not sure whether to be excited for Blue Ivy's second smash hit and third album appearance, or find it slightly problematic that a 3-year-old's vocals will be featured on Coldplay's forthcoming album, “A Head Full of Dreams.” According to Martin, mini Yonce joins the band's friends and family in a choir that will be laced on a bunch of songs.
