This Was A Really Bad Attempt At Think-Piecing Prince
Pauline Black, lead singer of the band The Selecter, is feeling the internet's wrath today after The Independent published her Prince think piece where she calls the legend an "inspiration to mixed race singers like me." Black goes on to misidentify his race throughout the piece, referring to him as a mixed-race man, when really Prince had two black parents, AS NOTED IN THE "DOVES CRY" VIDEO. FAKE FAN ALERT.
