Rihanna Is Maybe Performing At The Grammys?

There's no doubt that we're most likely getting Rihanna's long-awaited new album any minute now, BUT COULD THIS MIRIHACLE BE HAPPENING AT THE GRAMMYS? Possibly.

Rihanna appears in an mash up, Super Bowl 50 x Grammys ad opposite Late Show host Stephen Colbert and CBS sportscasters, Phil Simms, James Brown, and Jim Nant leaving us to believe (and pray) that Rihanna will either perform a single from ANTI.

Let us pray. (Via: YouTube)

Spike Lee And Jada Pinkett Smith Are Boycotting The "Lily White" Oscars

via Instagram

In a lengthy Instagram post caption shared under a photo of MLK, Spike Lee announced his decision to boycott this year's Oscars after no people of color were nominated. Again.

"But, How Is It Possible For The 2nd Consecutive Year All 20 Contenders Under The Actor Category Are White? And Let’s Not Even Get Into The Other Branches. 40 White Actors In 2 Years And No Flava At All. We Can’t Act?! WTF!! It’s No Coincidence I’m Writing This As We Celebrate The 30th Anniversary Of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr’s Birthday. Dr. King Said “There Comes A Time When One Must Take A Position That Is Neither Safe, Nor Politic, Nor Popular But He Must Take It Because Conscience Tells Him It’s Right”.

Prior to Lee's post, Jada Pinkett Smith fired off a series of tweets calling out #OscarSoWhite, before releasing a video where she notes that she will not attend nor watch the February award show.

"The Academy has the right to acknowledge whomever they choose, to invite whomever they choose, and now I think that it’s our responsibility to make the change,” she said. “Maybe it is time that we pull back our resources and we put them back into our communities, into our programs, and we make programs for ourselves that acknowledge us in ways that we see fit, that are just as good as the so-called mainstream ones.”

GoFundMe Removes Viral Powerball Reimbursement Fund

In case you missed it, a Tennesse woman/internet troll, Cinnamon Nicole created a GoFundMe asking for donors to contribute to her "Powerball Reimbursement Fund”. via the now deleted GoFundMe page:

"Please help me and my family as we have exausted all of our funds. We spent all of our money on lottery tickets (expecting to win the 1.5 billion) and are now in dire need of cash. With your small donation of at least $1.00, a like and one share, I’m certain that we will be able to pick ourselves up from the trenches of this lost and spend another fortune trying to hit it big again! PLEASE, won’t you help a family in need. DONATE NOW.
****If you donate now, I will shout you out as my MCM or my WCW."

Cinnamon Nicole racked in $810 before the page was taken down. Cinnamon has a busy Monday and Wednesday ahead of her. (via: NYDN)
