GET YOUR LIFE: Eggslut Opens In New York City

When Chef's Club Counter opens this weekend, the restaurant welcoming chefs from around the world will include egg sandwiches from LA's iconic Eggslut. FINALLYYYYYY.

The NYC breakfast staple gets the Cali twist via three offerings including the SoHo Salmon, Fairfax sandwich (scrambled eggs with chives, cheddar, caramelized onions and sriracha mayo on a brioche bun) and the signature "Slut," a coddled egg on top of a potato puree in a jar. Head over early to 62 Spring St., at Lafayette St. for the eggy goodness before you have to wait in line.
