Jimmy Fallon To Replace Jay Leno

According to reports, Fallon will be moving over to the 11.35PM slot for The Tonight Show on NBC, replacing Leno. It’s rumored Jimmy, 38, will move into the spot next February, which would mean NBC would have to pay a penalty to Leno, 62, as his contract doesn’t end ’til late 2014. [Hollywood Life]

Rutgers Coach Fired For Abusing Players


Yesterday, ESPN explosively released video excepts of Rutgers men’s basketball coach, Mike Rice, verbally abusing players and throwing basketballs at their heads during practice. His rants included homophobic slurs such as, “you fucking fairy…you’re a fucking faggot”. Today, the university fired the coach, announcing the termination on Twitter. [Buzzfeed]
